Funny thing is I can’t remember a book like that at all
Sure it’s scary, but then again, the author is very poetic about bringing out old curses and such..or tragic love, human nature..all coming from a master of the genre. I was blown away by everything, not in the first episode, then I was intrigued and I hope you let the alchemy/magic happen like I did.
I want to read the novel again, right now!
Let a beautiful cloak immerse you in its wonderful story. It all comes back to history and memory and how unreliable and tangled they are and what we’ve made of them.

Read "Game of Thrones" fever The difference is, I can’t read the original, only a translation. It’s not Dickens and a Christmas story for kids, but it’s a story for adults.
